Excellence in Technical Support: Dugraf's Commitment to Quality and Innovation
At Dugraf, the Technical Department is the core of our promise of quality and innovation, divided into three essential areas: Quality, Technical, and New Product Development and Improvement. With units in São Paulo, Santa Catarina and Mexico, our quality system encompasses everything from customer feedback to rigorous monitoring of every stage of the process, ensuring excellence from incoming inspection to after-sales support.
Precision in Quality Control
We have implemented the 5S system, carrying out monthly audits in all sectors - Production, Stock, Logistics and Sales. This continuous monitoring, combined with our proximity to world-leading suppliers, gives us a significant advantage in maintaining high quality standards. All products offered to our customers are meticulously inspected and registered.
Training and Workshops: Capacity Building and Innovation
Our approach to in-house training follows the concept of continuous improvement, equipping our sales, production and logistics teams with advanced knowledge about the products we supply and market strategies. We hold customized workshops at customers' premises, focusing on the application of photopolymer blankets and plates, as well as discussing essential precautions to maximize the effectiveness and durability of the products.
Over the years, Dugraf has trained more than 1,000 professionals, reinforcing our commitment not only to product excellence, but also to people development. The connection between our customers and the largest global suppliers is a testament to our central role in the printing industry, always focused on exceeding expectations and driving our partners' success.
Dugraf prides itself on being a company that not only distributes products, but also develops solutions, ensuring that each customer receives not only the best in terms of material, but also the support they need to achieve excellence in their printing projects.
From November 24 to 27, 2025, Dugraf actively participated in Quality Week at Crown Embalagens, in Ponta Grossa (PR), conducting a comprehensive technical workshop for the factory's printing and quality teams.
The objective of the initiative was to strengthen technical and operational alignment between sectors and promote best practices in the Dry Offset printing process, contributing directly to standardization and industrial performance.
Dugraf is voted Best Supplier of Offset Blankets at the 2025 Fernando Pini Awards
Dugraf is proud to announce that it was the big winner of the 2025 Fernando Pini Award in the category of Best Supplier of Blankets for Offset Printing —the most important recognition in the Brazilian printing industry.
In the constant search for excellence, productivity and standardization in Dry Offset printing, Dugraf held a technical workshop at C-Pack, a benchmark company in the plastic packaging sector, focusing on quality processes and printing engineering.
In the printing industry, every detail makes a difference. Choosing the right blanket has a direct impact on productivity, print quality and the durability of machine components. Among the most common technical decisions is the debate between 3- or 4-ply blankets.
Dugraf, a reference in high-performance solutions for offset printing, brings to the discussion technical data and arguments that prove: the Duradot 628 3-ply blanket is a smart, efficient and safe choice - even compared to the traditional concept of 4-ply blankets.
A year ago we began this journey in Mexico with a clear commitment: to be close to our customers, to offer high-performance solutions and to share technical knowledge that boosts productivity and quality in every print.
Thanks to everyone who is part of this story: customers, partners and our Mexican team that makes every achievement possible.
This first year is just the beginning!
