RV Etiquetas is investing in digital technology with the installation of Dantex PicoColour

The Brazilian label and tag market continues to move toward digitization, productivity, and customization—and RV Etiquetas has just taken another important step in this evolution.

Dantex Picocolour

The company invested in Dantex PicoColour, a solution developed by Dantex and distributed in Brazil by Dugraf.

The deal for the machine was finalized in 2025, even before the traditional Label Expo 2025 trade show in Barcelona, where the acquisition had already been officially announced by Dantex. During the event, representatives from Dugraf and the British manufacturer celebrated the project alongside RV Etiquetas, reinforcing the Brazilian market’s confidence in the brand’s digital solutions.

The machine was installed in April 2026, as a result of a joint effort between the technical teams at Dugraf and Dantex.

The project was led by engineers Martin and Andrew from Dantex, together with Adriano, a digital application technician at Dugraf. Over the course of a full week, the teams carried out installation, operational training, and production monitoring at RV Etiquetas.

The result was a machine operating at full capacity, delivering high-quality prints and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Designed for industrial environments and built to handle high production demands, the Dantex PicoColour combines durability, productivity, and quality in a machine developed for the label industry.

Among its key features are:

  • speeds of up to 50 meters per minute;

  • CMYK printing + white;

  • media width of 254 mm;

  • robust industrial design for continuous operation;

  • High quality for small and medium print runs.

You can learn more about this solution at Flexo & Labels Expo 2026. We look forward to seeing you at the Dugraf + Dantex booth.

More than just the delivery of equipment, the project reflects Dugraf and Dantex’s commitment to providing specialized technical support, cutting-edge technology, and close guidance at every stage of implementation.

The installation of Picocolour at RV Etiquetas underscores the growth of digital printing in the Brazilian label market and demonstrates how technology and partnership go hand in hand to drive results.
