Continental strengthens its business with solutions for the printing industry.

Dugraf Group, the main representative of Continental and Trelleborg in Brazil, has good news for its customers. Continental has fully acquired Trelleborg's printing technology business, expanding its range of surface solutions in the field of printing technology and boosting its business with industrial customers. As a result of this acquisition, Continental will gain approximately 600 employees at eight locations in seven countries, including Brazil. The two companies' product portfolios complement each other and are characterized by a high level of brand recognition, and the collective expertise will enable customers to benefit from impressive capabilities and an even broader global presence. Sven Hlywiak, head of global industrial activities outside the automotive sector in Continental's Surface Solutions business area, is confident that the merger will result in positive outcomes for all locations of both companies and their employees.
